Important info About ADFP Garment OrdersThis ammendment is effective from Mon 06th June 2022
Some colours are non stock items and will be manufactured from order and will take between 3 & 4 weeks for delivery. This is due to manufacturer staffing issues & sickness.

Retention of title
ALL goods remain the property of Active Dancewear, until they are paid for in full.
There is no minimum order quantity.
Payment is by online Credit or Debit Card only.
Costs of postage from Active Dancewear & back to us in case of returning goods is non refundable.

If trying on footwear that you purchase from us please ensure that you use tissue paper under the footwear to protect the soles from marks or scuffs. Any footwear returned with marks or scuffs to the soles will not be accepted back into stock for refund.
Undergarments inc stockings & tights
Undergarments, including stockings & tights, are only returnable if they are in their original & unopened packaging.
Orders despatched via mail, courier, Parcel Force or any other carrier in most cases will require that a signature be obtained upon receipt of the goods. If for any reason the carrier cannot obtain a signature & the goods are returned to ourselves, Active Dancewear are not liable for the cost of re-delivery. If & where possible, please advise us of an alternative delivery address.
We normally despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. You will always receive your goods within seven (7) days; not including bespoke items.
Back orders & out of stock items
We endeavour to deliver all orders placed with us within 30 days of receiving the order. If any item is not in stock we shall place it on back order & despatch as soon as available. You shall be notified by email of any item that shal be back ordered. Should delivery of the back ordered items not be possible, we shall contact the customer & offer an alternative product or a full refund.
All exchange items must be accompanied by the original Order Number on which the goods were purchased, including your name & address. We advise customers to use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for mislaid or non-delivery of parcels to us. Do not include any other form of correspondence or orders with any returns, as this may result in confusion & delays. Customers are responsible for the postal cost of returning the item(s) & also for the cost of postage of the exchanged item(s) from us to you.
Advice of non-delivery of goods invoiced must be notified in writing within seven (7) days, otherwise goods are deemed to have arrived. Email notification of non-delivery is acceptable providing this is sent to us from the contact email address on your original order. Telephone & Fax are not acceptable, & we advise that you send your letter to us via Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery.
Returns perfect goods **
Please contact us by completing the form on our Contact Us page on the website, or by telephoning us on 01204 468444 BEFORE returning any items. Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as a customer you have a statutory 'cooling off' period of seven business days from the day you receive your goods. You must notify Active Dancewear that you wish to cancel your contract with us & a full refund be given. Return delivery costs back to Active Dancewear shall be borne by you, the customer.
Returns faulty goods
Please contact us by completing the form on our Contact Us page on the website, or by telephoning us on 01204 468444 BEFORE returning any items. Worn garments must be washed in the interests of hygiene. Return postage back to Active Dancewear shall be borne by Active Dancewear.
Made to order items
Any item that has been made to order, is a special order, will not be accepted back in to stock for a refund, as we will be unable to sell them. Customers are advised to ensure that sizes & quantities are correct at the time of ordering, as this will avoid embarrassment of declining credits or refunds of your unwanted goods.

- Items not in their original condition
- Incorrectly washed garments
- Made to order items
- Special order items
- Reduced or sale items
- & due to health & hygiene reasons; Underwear, Opened tights & or packets
We recommend that customers carry out their own tests before dyeing satin or dupion shoes, as Active Dancewear shall not be held responsible for any faults that may arise from the dyeing process. Whilst every effort is made to ensure shade continuity on garments & shoes, we cannot be held responsible for any variation in shade due to dyeing tolerances.
